Meet Rebecca Bauscher

Attorney Rebecca M. Bauscher

Rebecca was born in New Jersey, to an Irish immigrant and a preacher. She re-located to Washington County, New York with her parents when her father took a job as a preacher in White Creek, NY.

Rebecca is the second oldest of 12 children. She was homeschooled by her parents up until high-school, when she then attended and graduated from Cambridge Central School. Rebecca went on to attend and graduate from the State University at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Sociology.

Upon graduating from University at Albany, Rebecca went on to attend and graduate from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2002. 

During her career, Rebecca has worked for the New York State Assembly, the New York State Attorney General's Office, the Prisoner's Legal Services, the Rensselaer County District Attorney's Office, the Albany County District Attorney's Office, and Albany Law School.
Rebecca has maintained a private practice since 2007, when she started handling Criminal Defense work and Matrimonial and Family Court.

She is a member of the New York State Bar and the Northern District of New York Federal Bar. Rebecca is also a member of the Law Guardian Panel in Schenectady and Albany Counties.  

Rebecca resides in Loudonville, New York with her husband and two children.
